Sure you can use our English feedback. Right now I have just tested the refined sheabutter and I have to admit that it is above the standard quality. It is very smooth, silky, has a light sheabuter scent and the moisturising effect it has is amazing. I adore the normal sheabutter but when someone doesn't like the natural scent of it or beacause of any reasons, the refined sheabutter you provide can do the same with the skin I am sure. And it is still 100% natural and controlled by your team. 100% safety to my clients as well.

this afternoon I received your package. The products are simply wonderful! I suffer from years of erythema multiforme with hands-on rheumatic - viral. Shea butter is the 'only thing I can use on injuries and on the whole body, yours is wonderful, it smells of chocolate and creamy, even the black soap is very helpful to me.

Hi Oliver, Well, I am sure you will have noticed the order from our son who is now using the Shea butter and loves it.  He is using it on his 2 children as well, they both have dry skin and its helping them. We wanted to give you some feedback on the product, so here goes: When we opened the package (which was lovely) we were surprised by the hard whitish Shea Butter. We put an amount in a container to use daily and stored the remainder away.  When you use it at first the consistency is strange, but after a little time in the palm of your hand it is wonderful and goes into the skin so well. As on interest I use it before I shave and after, it works so well and I have had no cut on my face as a result. We use it on face, hands, feet and body without any problems.  M. had some eczema problems but by using a mix of Shea butter and Jojoba, it leaves her legs so soft and moistures it wonderful. One point that you may be able to help with is,  we would like to use Shea as a lotion for arms and legs, what would you suggest is the best thing to blend it with to make a lotion.  Our son advised us about using it in the bath which we will try soon...Many thanks for all your help and we will continue to use Shea Butter and spread the word to all our friends and family. Kind regards D. & M. Dear Oliver, I received the sheabutter yesterday, really pleased with the fast delivery and nice packaging. I was given a sample of your sheabutter to try and I liked it so much I ordered this 1kg pack. Hi Oliver, As requested, some small feedback on you products and service. In general, we do not have anything to complain about. All product have been more than satisfactory regarding all the adjectives you can imagine.:) The shipments has been prompt and made with care. However, there are and have been some minor faults, that I would like to mention, now when you ask...
1. Perhaps a half a dozen of delivered Ashanti soaps have been soft and crumbly. No problem here, I have used them myself (I´m a big fan)
2. The print quality of the shea butter labels are not perhaps en par with western standards. I do understand, that all packing is 100% done in Ghana, so I do also understand the possible underlying problems you might experience on this issue. Shortly, alles in ordnung spiced with the well known german efficiency! Dear Oliver, I just received the products. Shipping is in a good timeframe. I have no referrence as this is the first time I got my hands on some shea butter. but I find it a bit hard to get it out of the jar, I think it has reached room temperature, I imagined it would be more soft. Smell is like some brand of chocolate candy, seems fine. Feeling on skin is also good. Best regards, B. K.

...It is OK to publish my feedback - anonymously- Since I really like your Shea butter and Soap and they make wonders to my skin since I have a dry one with eczema.
